Interested to know what supplements you take - and are they helping? I take a multivitamin, probiotic, liquid b12, vitamin d3, magnesium, calcium, potassium, biotin, omega 3 (fish oil) & turmeric curcumin w/ bioprene - plus I get a weekly b12 shot

I think the probiotic, fish oil, d3 & turmeric help the most for both my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis

Oh I forgot - 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in my ice water every morning - I believe this helps with inflammation as well

hello shawn, vitamin D3,multi vitamins,omega 3, sometimes b6 b12, milk thistle,turmeric raw on foods everyday,calcium, i really dont know if these help or not, with lifestyle changes and water drinking,maybe all help combined :)

I take vitamin D3 and Omega's 3, 6 & 9.

Hey Shawn. For me, probiotic yogurt, turmeric tea and vegetable juice daily (separately, haha not together, yuck). In the winter I'll take vit D I think. And I'm about to add in fish oil next week

Lots of vitamins Shawn. I only take my pure Moringa powder and I also got some pods to take from the actual tree given to me! Gong to try growing my own tree... (7X vit C of oranges, 4X calcium of milk, 4X the vit A of carrots, 3X the potassium of bananas, 2X the protein of yogurt). I also take fish omega 2 or 3 times a day.
Goals - retire before death - travel abroad more often - stop adopting chihuahuas - make time for charitable causes - leave corporate America in the dust and open my own business
