It’s noontime and been out and about so far 3 people have asked me in various locations what’s wrong with my skin lol ugh I figured by now more people would have knowledge of Psoriasis smh!

Maybe because I decided not to care and wore a sleeveless shirt lol and guess what? I’m loving the sun on my skin!!! :)

i had a senior nurse ask me 5 days ago what the patch was on my arm,yes a nurse so, if a nurse dosnt know then,i dont know? :)

I just got out of an ultrasound appt and the tech told he has psoriasis too so that made me feel super comfy!!!! Lol

Luckily for me most of mine is hidden either by hair or clothes. I only been asked once or twice about it. My heart feels for those who are not able to hide it.

Yes it’s definitely better when they ask instead of starring lol... I think there’s way more people than I think around me with psoriasis they just hide it so well... when I was working at the airline I couldn’t hide the psoriasis on my hands and I did get a few people telling asking me how I dealt with it since they too had been diagnosed with it. Bren, covering up less will give it more brearhing room. Mine was better when I have up the hide it embarrAssed feelings I had. Even family have a hard time, they eventually come around and understand that what others think does not matter. I battled a year covered in a systemicrAsh from P, shellfish rash and Lupus rAsh, at the beach even harder to handle but felt better I did and found very kind friends. It will get better!
