Got it there too, it's the main place I pick without thinking.

Hey Chris... I have mentioned aloe vera gel that I get from the health food store. Might help, but that's me.

Hi Chris, you've got to get someone to kiss it better😊
Have a happy day and take care 🌹❤️

The uvb had pretty much banished all but the odd patch of psoriasis I had. Now, less than 6 weeks after my treatment ended, it’s back with a vengeance - inside my ears, behind my ears (the worst!) and all over my scalp.
I have a review with the dermatologist on November 29th but I just feel so down and disheartened by the whole experience.
I hope your ears aren’t too sore, Chris 😓

Same with me moya UV was great but it came back , ears are my go to scratch point better that legs or arms x.

hello moya, sorry to hear this, i gave up with uv etc 3o odd years ago,i hear so many hear say its cleared but, have to keep going for this treatment which can be harmful in in time to the skin then stop and it comes back worse , i wish you well

Can’t respond to this post ..... I bet this will post, now ..... 🙄

Chris, as bad as it sounds, I can’t help picking at my ears! I’m sure it’s an attractive look so I won’t worry too much 😂
18 Oct 10:06
I think for me anyway its the back of my ears so I can hide it better and its not a big patch like arms legs back etc
18 Oct 10:18
I think my specs hide the backs of my ears to an extent.

Hi Moya, sorry that your P has flared up.
Stay calm, stay positive and your P will calm down.
Is it possible to visit the Dermatologist sooner.
All the best, take care and get better soonest 🌹

John I'm really hopeful that the aloe vera will work. It's not a costly thing and way less costly than a good cream and it's natural too. Just keep us posted.

Moya the thing about the UVB light is that it does work. It did for me years ago. I still have my light at home here and always say I will sell it. It cost me $2500 so I can't let go of it yet. I know there are side effects of it too but you have to do what works for you.
