Got it there too, it's the main place I pick without thinking.

Hey Chris... I have mentioned aloe vera gel that I get from the health food store. Might help, but that's me.

The uvb had pretty much banished all but the odd patch of psoriasis I had. Now, less than 6 weeks after my treatment ended, itโ€™s back with a vengeance - inside my ears, behind my ears (the worst!) and all over my scalp.
I have a review with the dermatologist on November 29th but I just feel so down and disheartened by the whole experience.
I hope your ears arenโ€™t too sore, Chris ๐Ÿ˜“

Chris, as bad as it sounds, I canโ€™t help picking at my ears! Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s an attractive look so I wonโ€™t worry too much ๐Ÿ˜‚

Chris
Chris @Chris70

I think for me anyway its the back of my ears so I can hide it better and its not a big patch like arms legs back etc

James
James @ferns

I think my specs hide the backs of my ears to an extent.

Hi Moya, sorry that your P has flared up.
Stay calm, stay positive and your P will calm down.
Is it possible to visit the Dermatologist sooner.
All the best, take care and get better soonest ๐ŸŒน

John I'm really hopeful that the aloe vera will work. It's not a costly thing and way less costly than a good cream and it's natural too. Just keep us posted.

Moya the thing about the UVB light is that it does work. It did for me years ago. I still have my light at home here and always say I will sell it. It cost me $2500 so I can't let go of it yet. I know there are side effects of it too but you have to do what works for you.
