Have you talked to your doctor about genital psoriasis? What was your experience?

no, never have, it wont make any difference flaym,a friend said to me quite a while back as psoriasis came into a conversation, where do you get it? i get it on my ass my penis and where ever else it wants to go,thats too much information he said, he has psoriasis but only gets it very mild and not in places like me,he dosnt get it there or his face,genital psoriasis has always been a problem, i did use steriods there( not adviced), now i use aloe vera and coconut oil,very hard place to shift ,the battle continues :)

I get it in the same place. It comes and goes. I was advised to use a very low level steroid cream. I don’t use it.

hello michael,its best not to ,it does help to clear it and helps if sore but, its the long term effects,it has got me out of bother for a lot of my life but hope i dont ever go back to it as i know its bad,anyone out there been using a miracle cream out there for genital psoriasis?,we will be glad to know thank you :)

Generaly no different to any other areas. Not offered anything particular for genitals except once given steroid cream for it by a dermatologist then, reading the leaflet, discovered that
genitals were specifically excluded! I've been wary of dermatologists ever since.

yes steriods, they always say ,do not use it there but,its always kept it at bay,not a nice place to get it for sure

yes, i been told its because of the lymph nodes, once they get infected with psoriasis thats it, i have had problems there since a child very lucky susan,you would want it there for sure,minds not horendous as it has been when i was a teenager but,its enough,just hope it does go in time? i shall see :)

Yes. I've had to educAte an old gynecologist who thought psoriasis there was yeast. Shot taking an immunosuppressive it only shows up once in a while now. I remember the embarrassing itch, those were some difficult years. My doctors now are incredible about listening and understanding.

yes i've had this conversation with dermatologist who said if it has skin it can be affected by psoriasis. I have already answered this question but here goes again. olive oil on penis and put a condom on and leave as long as possible continue as needed.
