Interested in Diet changes , saw someone has been taking glass of orange juice daily , does anyone think that smoking could be attributing to this P,?

seriously. i have gone to ecigs, i smoked 32 years,no one lecture me please about how bad smoking is, i know. :)i have given up :),vitman c is supposed to be good, i am doing vit d and multi vits cut most of nightshadesout and i have skin fade in 3 weeks :) worth a try :)

seems all the pleasures in life are bad for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis,i wouldnt give up everything,i would be miserable as hell but some changes are better than nowt :)

Well Allan, since a few weeks I cut out oranges... smoke 2/3 bread and pasta without gluten. Drink and use almond milk. Only 2 big cups of coffee a day... act like a camel... walking around with my water bottle. Go a lot to the toilet also :-))) and use turmeric Longa + black pepper in my food. Didn't go to the light therapy on Wednesday because of a dance injury and still my Pso is fading away. No more crazy itch and there is only 'dust' coming of my legs when rubbing them gently. No more scales for me at the moment.
