Ah Bren hope it's getting better for you. Do you know what your trigger/s was/were? The itch! Did you already searching Flaym topic "itch" on the top bar? Might help!

Thank you all :) I think I’m still learning what my triggers are as I go. I’m taking note of what I eat daily but as far as now I believe it’s the sugar intake even when it’s fruit :/

Bren good thinking. Sugar in any form is like poison. I suggest, if you buy anything processed, take a look at the ingredients. Pretty much everything contains sugar. Why? It's highly addictive. In Canada we are told 5 fruits per day. No way. We don't need that much fruit. As you start to look at ingredients you will notice the sugar content. Heck, when my kids were young I gave them plain cheerios as a snack thinking it was the healthier snack. OMG... Sugar.
