We were in Malta this year during the heatwave & came home totally clear after a fortnight. But ,a Maltese guy who worked at our hotel & I got talking to as his psoriasis was visible said it doesnt help him living there.

Now, that would not work for me because I also have Lupus.............Lupus patients and sun = bad time.

I wouldn't Ade! Not completely. I've lived abroad in a very sunny place before and glad I came home to the damp dark UK. But I'm not saying I wouldn't like a second home somewhere sunny! In fact, I definitely would want a second home somewhere sunny!
