Coping

Is the weather affecting anyone else's skin? I am itchy and just plain miserable. Also getting pustular psoriasis back on my hands again.

My skin seems to be drier, and my psoriasis flares in the fall and winter .

Yes, my PsA is making my joints ache too. My hands are swollen, joints ache and just overall miserable.

Right now I need to change my screen name to the Dab Queen and Cannabis is only giving me a little bit of relief.

Fibromyalgia is also flaring, so many muscle spasms and trigger points ache.

Just miserable.

i am very sorry to hear this liftedlioness, susan here has about 4 conditions i think?she cleared hers up and is healed through diet changes, its not easy i know, i do it and have been for over 8 months now,my skin is great apart from steroid withdrawl looking face which will clear in time, its what us psoriatics do that make these problems worse for us, my skin isnt this good at this time of year normaly though, i dont get it bad as others here,my hands have been clear all summer,i am spotty not scaley an it is hard work i know,my joints would probably be worse this time also but, its cold so,us psoriatics are probably prone to discomfort with joints anyway in winter,i changed all that last winter when i was getting a hard time getting out of bed and had patches on me,the arthritis made me want to make changes ,i hope you can get on top of it ,i really do,some use biologics and can near clear up but, there are the side effects to consider,i hear a lot of people are doing well then,i hear nothing from them with these drugs though some say,its all great, too many risks for me and it can be a choice but, i understand that people want to just rid this disease thanks
