So just left docs office and all she told me is I have swelling and one of my tendons is inflamed but she didn’t say why she thinks its psoriasis causing it.. she said I don’t have arthritis of any kind which is good news but gave me metatarsal

Inserts and 6 week physical therapy. Also an ankle brace and anti-inflammatory meds.

That's good news Bren. I walk alot and one of the things I used to struggle with was shin splints and swelling in the balls of my feet. I searched online and found that rolling my feet on a golf ball really helped. I now roll before and after my walks just for a couple minutes. Never had this issue again. Not sure if that would help.
