GM. I have had P for 25 yrs and have had my share of ups/downs. I have taken a 3 tier approach to my P (diet, topicals, and mental). Right now, my P is a 2 or 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. I have found that yoga/meditation has really helped a lot

Good for you Brian. Getting healing, in anything is a package. Mental health is a big deal. If we don't try to destress and say we can't, the fact is we won't. It doesn't happen overnight, but it can happen. The ripple effect? Less stress, less sickness, more joy, more self acceptance... I'm happy that you are practicing great things that are important for mindfulness and daily living. Have a great day!

Yeah this stuff is really painful and annoying to me.i have tried everything but nothing is working

Anita everything? Diet changes that we talk about here on Flaym? Lot's can be done to get better and I know that I say I am healed all the time. Why? Because I am and I dont buy into anyone ever telling me I can't be cured. My mind is always renewing. I would love to share a cleanse with you if you like for you to try after Christmas. You can private message me if you are interested. Hang in there and try everything that people try here. You have nothing to lose, especially if it's natural.
