Coping

GM. I have had P for 25 yrs and have had my share of ups/downs. I have taken a 3 tier approach to my P (diet, topicals, and mental). Right now, my P is a 2 or 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. I have found that yoga/meditation has really helped a lot

I still have a few problem spots but am optimistic about how this approach will continue to help me long term. I just wanted to share my experience with you. Have a great day everyone

Good for you Brian. Getting healing, in anything is a package. Mental health is a big deal. If we don't try to destress and say we can't, the fact is we won't. It doesn't happen overnight, but it can happen. The ripple effect? Less stress, less sickness, more joy, more self acceptance... I'm happy that you are practicing great things that are important for mindfulness and daily living. Have a great day!

That's great that you're sharing what works for you. I'm really interested to hear different people's approaches and am sure others are too. Experience of others is so valuable!

Anita everything? Diet changes that we talk about here on Flaym? Lot's can be done to get better and I know that I say I am healed all the time. Why? Because I am and I dont buy into anyone ever telling me I can't be cured. My mind is always renewing. I would love to share a cleanse with you if you like for you to try after Christmas. You can private message me if you are interested. Hang in there and try everything that people try here. You have nothing to lose, especially if it's natural.

I spent far too many years letting psoriasis control my life. That ended a few years ago and I’m so much happier now.
