hello donna, have you ever thought about healing from within? diet/lifestyle changes?it does help in the long term but, its not a quick fix i am sorry to say and its is a choice i know, psoriasis is not from the skin but from within, its what we psoriatics do that makes psoriasis of the skin happen, some changes in diet/ lifstyle is better than none but ,its is a choice a choice for everyone, i wish you well donna sorry about this, you are not alone thanks

If you just have dry plaques forming, you might try using Bag Balm on your legs. I use it and it is amazing. It's basically petroleum jelly with some additives. It comes in a 2x3 green metal tin and you can buy it at various places - I get mine at Walgreens in the skin lotion section or you can buy it online of course. You have to keep your skin hydrated to minimize the itching. <3

Start farming turmeric, harvest it, juice it, ferment it, and consume it with ground pepper. Give it two or three months and you may be psoriasis free. I was. I didn't farm it though, I just bought it from the grocery store. But I have heard it is easy to grow and has pretty flowers.
