Hi Sophie. Read my post. I understand exactly what you are going through!! Good luck ok - Thinking of you.

Maybe you could start your own group. A sort of penpal/ meetup group for sufferers?
Just an idea.

It’s hard but try to be patient. I’m sure that things will work out for you.
04 Dec 13:32
Sophie I hope you find that kindred Spirit with or without psoriasis. Same with you MartinH.

Hope you find someone :)

It's true, much as I feel supported etc by my partner I don't feel that he does understand it. Not sure anyone around me can really, at least in my face-to-face life. But they do here in my Flaym life!

hello sophie,i wish you success to meet your ideal match with or without psoriasis,i wish you well, sorry you feel alone you are not here
08 Dec 13:38
We should start an exclusive dating site/app
Flaker or something? :p
09 Dec 22:34
I will do that but I am not good in doing dating site😊
09 Dec 22:45
To bad you don't live in Missouri, I would love to connect with someone in the same boat as me.
10 Dec 03:36
Reuben a Flaym dating site... Problem for this single momma is that you all seem to live soooooo far from me. LOL... I've been on a dating site and did lots of dates. At first it seemed weird, but the more dates I went on the clearer it became to me what I was looking for. Someone with a kind heart and lives life with intention...
10 Dec 06:32
Good luck Sophie you will find the right person I'm sure
11 Dec 09:32
I agree Sophie but there are men out there who doesn't worry about physical features.
11 Dec 09:45
Lol @ Reuben.
What will happen when you do meet Mr/Ms Flakey? It's going to be like showing off your scars but now it will be patches.
You -"Look at this patch right here. Flakey hey?"
Him - "Nah, look at this one. mine's is more flakier than yours"
Lol. it will be so funny but nice.
11 Dec 13:15
@ Michelle, sounds like a hoot :p
Compare skin care products, easier to cook... I see advantages
11 Dec 14:00
Shouldn't a dating site for psoriasis sufferers be called "Scratch .com?"
Still, sound nice though. Mutually application of cream, or medicated shampoo could be quite romantic, in the right circumstances. :)
11 Dec 15:39
Good one Malcolm. Hahahaha!
12 Dec 09:24
I know this will sound so bad, but had to put it here... Creaming each other :p
12 Dec 09:31
lol@Ruben...I've never thought of it that way. Life would be so much easier!
12 Dec 09:37
Yup, a back isn't easy accessible..
12 Dec 09:41
hahahaha oh Malcolm.
12 Dec 14:41
You all amazing,,you make me laugh each time I see your comments😁
12 Dec 14:48
@Sophie I'm sure that laughing is good against P! And no need to whine, we all have the same problem. Some more than others. But since I joined, I only got support and found kindred spirits, feels great to know you're not alone. We have a saying in Dutch (Belgium) that translates: shared sorrow is only half the sorrow (or something like that). I think it applies here. (sorry for the long post)
12 Dec 20:24
A problem shared is a problem halved 💚
13 Dec 09:29
@Sarah, yessss! Thank you! Learning about P and grammar ;)

Hey Sophie, I just saw a segment that I haven't seen before on Flaym. At the bottom of the site there is a banner, one of the items is "Meetups". Already 2 planned, one in London and one in Dublin.
14 Dec 15:49
@ Otto, so we meet at our worst :p
15 Dec 05:30
lol. I wish I could join you guys but the most awesome of the meeting would be that everyone has got psoriasis, so one doesn't need to pretend you're something that youre not. You know, like a dating site, you put all your best pictures up but when you meet in real life, many doesn't even look like their pics. On here, we don't need to put our best pics up because all of us have a condition and the face won't change it. Awesome.
