Hi Emma
I’m so sorry for your pain. Sorry for all of our pain. I only work so this terrible disease would have some kind of cure. Waited n for diet change to kick in can be an impossible wait. Some days I feel ok, most I feel just lousy lousy lousy.

Aw Emma :( I am sorry to hear that. It is not an easy journey. Try and reach for those better feeling thoughts--those things for which you are grateful. It can be hard, but try doing something for *you* that feels good. Have you been to your gp or derm. lately? Perhaps it may be time to switch up meds? Highly recommend a 6-8 week elimination diet to get relief. I was at my breaking point when I first did it and by day 2 the pain was reduced. Hope you feel better soon!!

Hi Emma, I’m so sorry for your pain. Have you ever looked into natural/holistic treatments? I truly believe they work, it’s just trial and error.

Emma @emma1814

Hey I didn’t refuse it I was refused by the dermatology
staff due to a reaction from the machine causing more pain x
