I love Christmas but the stress is sending my psoriasis itching like crazy n I don't realise I'm scratching till I look down n see all the flakes. Any one else like this xx

In our family it's the females that suffer with psoriasis. It has come through my Dad's side of the family. I have boys but they could pass it to their girls if they have any.

hello joanne,i gave up stressing with xmas years ago,i un derstand familys,children etc, i am glad i have none of that to think about, sorry for your stress, xmas supposed to be atime for joy and stuffing ya face etc,just causes more grief in my opinion,i understand those that like it,only good thingfor me is, i get double my money working all over xmas ,i am sorry to hear this

Hi Joanne, welcome to Flaym! Yes Christmas gets a bit crazy sometimes, I'm finding that this year is much more involved than previous years. Next year will definitely simplify even further!

I use a dog hair roller to pick up flakes and sometimes right on my skin!
