hello leslie, i took some control through diet/lifestyle changes that do help but, it does take a long time , i hope you can get on top of it thanks

I've felt like this before with p too many times. I have to stop and ask myself "what can I do to get control" and then I do something proactive!

I have felt the same as well for many years, 22 out of the almost 25yrs for me and P. It wasn't until I learned that *when you change the way you look at things, the thing you look at change*-Wayne Dyer; one of my greatest teachers and helped me so much in my battle with my skin. I had to stop the war and make peace from within. Louise Hay also helped me immensely with learning Self Love. It may sound silly, but it is essential to Love who we are through and through. I think this is when true healing can begin :)
