I find Moo Goo skin products helpful. Available at the chemist and online. I live in Australia. ๐ŸŒบ

Tgel extra strength works really great for my scalp. Apple Cider vinegar dabbed on itchy spots takes it away awesome for me! Welcome to Flaym Kerri!

Welcome Kerri! Oil oil oil! That's what I use when mine is bad. When it is absolutely terrible (cracked, bleeding, peeling) I have resorted to a scalp "blitz" recommended by my derm which alternates coconut oil based ointment one day with topical corticosteroid the next to soften the plaques, then thin them out. I've only done this once and since then (it's been almost a year) I only need to use oil to keep my scalp maintained. Hope this helps! Check out the themes section under "scalp" for more.
