Jessica, both my finger and toenails were a mess six months ago and now they are clear. That coincides with me starting to make Kombucha and using pineapple, ginger, and turmeric in the second ferment.
Hey Jessica, a few months ago I purchased some Moringa oil. My feet were getting really dry so I gave them a rub down with the oil. It really helped. Even better my toe nails just drank it up..lol Reducing thickness and making them softer. I think Coconut oil would also be quite soothing for nails.
