Hi All.
Things are very bad I am afraid. Coming off HRT has flared my skin to a very bad level. I attended my Grandsons Christening with the backs of both my hands looking like they had been attacked with a cheese grater.
The Arthritis in my hand means I am in pain every day and I have been told I will need to give up my job.
I'm still smiling though!! Don't let the bu**ers get you down, as my nanny would say.
Hope you are all well and I hope you thrashed them at darts John.
What happened to Dave the paper artist? I see his account has been deleted.

Great to hear your still smiling Kim! I I hope your hands are feeling better soon. One thing I have added into my diet is an omega 3 with high epa. I know it is really helping me with healing. My skin and nails are feeling healthier and stronger. It is said to be really good for joint pain as well.

Ah Kim, that's really bad times. HRT has such a major influence on so many things... I hate it when a change like this makes so much negative impact.

Thanks everyone. I will have a look at the Omega 3 but i have seen the X-Ray's. The cartilage is gone so it's bone on bone. I am waiting for steroid injections but I have been told I will need surgery.
John, I hope you had a great time.
I wonder who else has gone!
Thanks Sarah. I was sort of expecting it as Hormone changes flare Psoriasis. I have really relaxed my diet at the moment as I know I have to just ride the storm and hope for the best.

thanks kim, i just hope you get better, i am starting to get more psoriasis now after my weekend 2 weekends ago, i did go overboard and everything i normally do has gone out the window until i got back after 3 days of inflammatory foods and beer, it does effect one when they do diet/lifestyle changes, just 3 days and s..t,been good for near 2 weeks now, takes longer to heal than to get an outburst though, its not serious, i got nothing to complain about at all compared to some here, i hope you get better with all this kim for sure :)

Kim, I am dreading it as I know what an effect hormone changes has had on my psoriasis in the past whilst pregnant. It was horrendous. I really feel for you x
