Sometimes it sure feels like that Matthew. But you’ll figure out what you need to do to get rid of your back pain. I’ve been using a TENS pain relief and muscle stimulator.

I will give it a go and keep you posted

Just some dis-ease going on there Matthew. The body doesn't live forever, but the soul does. Back issues are tough.

Hi Matthew, happy to hear you have got your skin under control :) Did you do anything different to help? I hope your back is feeling better soon! I also use a tens machine and find it very helpful. Tai Chi is also really good with strengthening back muscles. Its slow gentle movements. It is quite nice. Loads of youtube videos for it.

Great Matthew! But from one thing straight to another... yes it's hard to know which things are just attributed to ageing and which things are something else. Otto, I had a dream last night about breaking up plaque in my knee cap!

Hi Michelle just got gluten free diet back on track and back on the sunbed

What do I need to do above my knee Otto? Is it a form of firm massage?

You are indeed a lucky guy! Wish I could walk less than a quarter mile as my COPD prevents it. But my itchy scalp slowly improves using grape seed oil and a quality coconut oil shampoo.
Keep up that walking!

Yesss Jeff that's great news!

Otto, how did you give COPD “the boot” ?
19 Jan 17:05
No, I don’t Otto...

Yes, had recommendations for correct breathing. I’m 77 and gave up smoking 20 years ago after 40 years of the habit. But COPD didn’t rear it’s ugly head till 6 years ago. Just wonder if there’s any connection with my P that appeared 3/4 years ago! Hope I’ve not bored you!...
