Any advice on natural creams, I have tried most things and nothing seems to work, coconut oil, olive oil, cider vinegar, coal tar soaps you name it :(

Thanks Edgar, I have suffered from it for years, and usually it goes or at least manageable, but losing my mum in September was the worst flare up I have ever experienced, and using steroid cream was great, then it came back with a vengence so it does mean a lot to know there is support out there thank you ;)

Yes I have Adrian thanks, it helped when my Psoraisis was moderate, but this latest flare up is awful, [...] cleared my original Psoraisis but, my body just flared up covering most of my body since losing my mum, it was like my body had gone into shock, and had the worst case I have ever had, once I stopped using that it came back, the Dr gave me another steroid, which helped but came back worse than ever, Im on antibiotics at the moment, Dr said I needed Light therapy, and at the dermatologist clinic on Thursday to see what they say, but thank you all for the recommendations, just wish it would calm down :(

I'm back from Germany and went to the Apotheke (drugstore). I talked to the man in charge there and he said that it's not a problem. Before you go to a Dermatologist you first go to the Apotheke... give the names of your products and they search in the database for the products in Germany. They will look at the ingredients that they are the same as what you got in the U.S. so that's a problem less to worry about :-)))

@Ragazza
Thank you so much for that, I do appreciate it, I have had a word with the dermatologist and they will give me a list of creams they recommend. Another funny story for you guys, I had light Thearpy today and only in there for 2 n half mins n got sunburnt!! what are the bloody chances of that, although skin is red n hot, flakes have eased off a bit hahah ;)

I had my light therapy (UVB) today.. 3 minutes and 5 seconds... it's like I was a whole day at the beach without sun protection.. my Psoriasis spots (let's say wounds) are nice red and everything burns and itch a bit. It will be a painfull night. the pression of the matrass and the weight of my body squeezes the spots and that's a very 'hot' sensation. Also my eyes are very tired but I had my eye-protection on. Don't understand it.... but Wednesday we do it all over again hahahha soo I must like it a lot!!!
Soooo yes it's normal because I have the same sensation as you have :D

Ragazza

can you go and look for Vaseling with Aloë Vera in it? It's from the Vaseline Brand.. when I put it on it doesn't itch a bit after.. and it softens the flakes.

cheryl..I found out what 'coffee enema' is.... it's sure not my favorite thing to do. It's coffee all right but it doesn't go by mouth.. another nice word for it is coffe clysma..and it has side effects
