Hi Yvonnne, Welcome to Flaym! A lot of different ideas to be found. If you browse the themes section, for ears you will find some great tips and ideas. At one point when my ears were really bad, I used a topical steriod cream to help. Maybe you can talk to your dr about that if needed. I use coconut oil mixed with teatree oil to keep up with any new bits that come.

Hi Yvonne! Welcome to Flaym. Steroid gel got my ears under control from years of very thick plaques and flaking, cracking, peeling, bleeding etc. I used it twice a day for a little while (maybe 1 month) and it thinned everything down and took the flakes away. Steroid cream didn't help me for some reason, but the gel did. Since then I've been using Aveeno Cream only in my ears. Clear for almost 2 years now.

Yes it works for me most of the time,I have to use ointment for dry and ear drops for when fluid is trapped.

My ears are itching me all of the time. Drives me crazy. Anyone else have the itchy inside of the ears? What do you do for it?

I find if I don't moisturise a couple times a day my ears get very itchy

Yep Carol! I just moisturise the bits I can get to, and sometimes wear my hair up so that the straggly hairs don't tickle them and make them feel worse
