Try making kombucha with pineapple, ginger, and turmeric in the second ferment. I put me in complete remission.

That's great Karen. Lot's of people on this site use ACV...

It seems to keep them from flaring up so bad,but it don't get rid of the ones I already have darlin

A daily dose of fermented turmeric is believed to inhibit a protein in the cells responsible for inflammation and psoriasis. You can ferment by adding it to kombucha in the second ferment or by making sauerkraut with turmeric. Without using any other medications this put my in full remission in a few months.

Hey Karen, I am happy to hear that the ACV is helping you. I have just started taking it internally myself a couple of days ago. I have been using it on my skin to help itchiness when needed, but thought I would try it internally and see how that goes. Right now I am having it 2x a day 2tbsp mixed with juice of half a lemon in hot water. I am finding it quite enjoyable. Have you ever tried applying it to your skin? Welcome to Flaym Karen!

I have darlin and I soak it in a brown bag and place it on them until it dry out..

I have never heard of using a brown bag before, do you find it is gentler on your skin rather than just straight on or diluted? Thanks Karen :)
