Looks, itch

Hello Flaym friends, I hope your world is treating you well and you are scale, spot, itch and pain free. Summer is drawing to a close and Autumn is upon us. I am still going along well, no new spots and the old ones have faded dramatically.

Diane what an interesting Planet. Autumn!! Brother we still have snow and are awaiting the newness of Spring. My friend is looking at his motor bike lately and counting the days till we can do a road trip....I am not a winter girl at all. Spring good, Summer great! Fall ok. Glad your skin is doing well. I'm also looking good with my scars. They are lighter and now I'm waiting for the sun to even out my skin tones with the scarring. I love the sun. I really think the Frankincense is doing the trick. Blessings to you.

Great to hear you and your skin are doing well Diane! Very nice :) Enjoy!!

Susan I watched episode 1 of the autoimmune secrets video series - they mentioned frankincense as helpful.

Really Shawn! That's cool. I don't have patches anymore, just scarring. I wonder if it talked about how to use it directly on patches. Good to know. I might buy some from my company for the guy at the gas station down the street. Really bad on his face. Not sure if he should use it straight or with a carrier oil.
