Hello tim, i understand all too well, , i have had there all my life, even my diet /lifestyle changes cannot shift it from there, i do avoid sex quite a lot, i do use a steroid there from time to time and olive oil,its a hard place to shift i know , i will message you what i do and use, steroids are bad but i can limit it as i have no choice thanks

If you haven't already I would speak to your medical team about how much this is affecting your happiness and mental health. There are bound to be options for you that will help.
