...feeling frustrated Lanie @lanie1

I suffer from psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I would love to have just one day itch and burn free and without pain...

Hi Lanie. I suffer from p and psa as well but mine is not severe. I try to eat healthy and stay positive. I am itch and burn free most of the time but when I eat 'bad' food, my skin gets inflamed almost immediately. Check you diet and try some anti inflammatory food, maybe the burn and itch will disappear. On Flaym, you will find excellent advice. Trust me. I have learned a lot in the few months I'm on here. Good luck.

Thank you, Michelle, I will definitely be looking into my diet, the last few months have been very stressful so I think at the moment I am having a flare up as a result of stress. I must say this is the worst that it has ever been. I feel self-conscious about going out in public...

Of course you will but stay positive, change your diet and try to stay calm. Stress is one of the biggest reasons for an outbreak.

Welcome to Flaym, Lanie! It's great that you have found Flaym at this difficult time for your skin... because we all understand to some extent. I also wonder what that holy grail of p free days would be like... But am yet to ever know for real. One day! It's coming!

Thanks, Sarah, if you find it let me know, I will be there in a heartbeat.

Hi Lanie, I am new here and suffer from P & PSA also. I am on same med combo for 11 years now. My skin is 98% clear . The PSA is another story. Pain and fatigue are my frustration. I am considering changing my meds after a ton of research. There are so many new treatments available now, please don't give up, find one that works for you ! I am lucky that I found a great rheumatologist and I believe that is the key for success !! Good Luck 😊
