Good for you lass, positive thinking actually does work. For example I laid off using [...]for the last week and just used some run of the mill emollients that my skin can tolerate and noticed a positive affect...though for myself being in sunlight and not in work has always worked the best....;)

I just hope I can keep it up... not easy cutting out so many foods. But I will give it my best ๐Ÿค— thanks Michelle ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Do the best you can do and if you veer off track, that's okay! Don't beat yourself up..just continue carrying on. I am on a good probiotic and omega 3. Since I started taking these 5 months ago, I have noticed I dont have the same quick reactions as I use to. Tomatoes have always been a huge food trigger for me. I have had them 4 times this week and it hasn't shown through my skin ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š I was pretty amazed..thats why I have tried it so much this week..to test myself ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi ๐Ÿ˜Š I'm just starting the food eliminating ..it's hard I'm on a tight budget so I cook from scratch and portion it into tubs and freeze ..only thing now I have a freezer full of stuff I can't eat ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š . So I'm giving my children all the food I've made today and I'll start over tomorrow .

Hi Michelle, that is great to hear! Sounds like you've turned a corner. Gives others hope that things can change even after many years of living with p! I've changed my eating habits massively in the past 9 months too and it has made an absolute heap of difference. That's a great idea Catherine, good for you giving it a whirl and being so proactive! ๐Ÿ‘Š

You have done so amazing! your determination is an inspiration to all of us! :) Catherine your children will be pleased with mums cookin at hand! lol Great job taking the first steps to finding out your food triggers. Ever since I was a little girl one of my favourite sayings came from the cartoon show, The Care Bear's. "Slow and Steady Wins The Race"! :D

My main dietary change is to cut out processed foods and always be aware of what I about to eat. Make my own moisturiser and bath oil as well, then I know what's in it x
