I don’t eat tomatoes or pizza. The Pagano book really helped me understand better eating for Psoriasis.

I really don't eat dairy products apart from cheese/butter sometimes. I don't like yogurt etc. I eat salads a lot to better my condition but it's not only because of that, I love salad more than other food.

I know about the tomatoes. The book is new for me. Found it on google 👍🏻.
I never thought of dairyproducts. But I dont use them that much. I think I will ad salads to my list. I wonderd what green vegetables to eat 😁.

Oeh Millionways, I love green veggies. Baby marrows (and it's quick to cook), cauliflower, greenbeans (mashed with potatoes and butter LOL) or curry greenbeans mixed with a tiny bit of sugar and onion (also nice and it does nothing to my skin) spinach with bacon (I make that as a salad on its own or I cook both and mix it together), chicory, lettuce, Broccoli, cabage, cucumber, avocado, avocado, avocado, avocado....(I LOVE avocado's) and a lot more. These greens are very good for my P and one can mix and match other food with it too without it being to spicy or rich. (But I would still kill for a baked potato topped with bacon and cheese.)

Lol. As long as you ad some bacon & Avo girl! :) oeh, wait. have you ever tasted green beans mixed with nik naks (chips)? I like it. My kids doesn't. Maybe I'm weird.

Porkmeat is very bad for me. So I will have to ad some chicken or cheese instead. I also do have weird combinations. The fun part is, that my kids also eat it. They probably think its normal 😅.

lol well that's good Million, they learn from young. They will be excellent creative cooks one day :) I never eat pork but I do eat bacon once a week. I miss my pork chop topped with peach Jam and pineapple.

Millionways, welcome to Flaym! I have a very restricted diet right now as I'm doing a total elimination to work out what affects my psoriasis. So I only eat meat, fish, vegetables and fruit and literally nothing else at all. So what I do especially eat is tons of those things! I eat a lot of root vegetables for starch and energy. Lots of things I eat have coconut in them for creaminess. I eat a lot of roasted meat and canned and fresh fish. I try to make sure every meal has a balance of meat or fish, with a portion of root veg and a portion of leafy veg. I drink veg juices with ginger and golden milk made with turmeric and coconut milk at night time. What I really don't eat is grains, dairy, legumes, nightshades, gluten, nuts, seeds, spices, sugar, or anything at all refined or processed. This is for elimination phase, and then I will add things back in to see what happens!

I can't eat tomatoes and other nightshades. It's uncanny but when I do a grocery shop the things that affect my body actually make me sick just looking at them...
