Hi SUE. If you are interested in the elimination diet, please private message me. Not sure if you know how sick I was and how many medications I took for arthritic pain. Now nothing at all. I'm happy to send it to you if you like while you wait for the rheumatology appointment.

That must be so frustrating to hear of a wait that long Sue. I am sorry it is taking them so long. Have you ever tried turmeric capsules? A lot of people hear have had really great relief with their joints after incorporating it. If you type turmeric in the search field's it will direct you to posts which contain info on it. Good Luck with your light therapy!

OMGoodness Sue. I'm so sorry you have to wait so long.
Please in the meantime cut out all inflammatory foods and be gentle on yourself. Who knows by the time your appointment comes around you won't need treatment anymore! I wish you the best in health.

Thank you all for your comments. Michelle I am taking turmeric capsules and probiotics. Am looking at starting to cut out inflammatory foods... I need to help myself while I wait for appointments... If I don't do something I think I will go crazy 😜

Hey Sumonds, it's the waiting game. So frustrating. I was on a waiting list for light therapy for 7 months and by the time the consultation appointment came around, most of the p had cleared or calmed to a point I didn't need the light treatment anymore! It was such a long time.

Oh no Sue, it’s terrible how long it takes to get anything done. It was 3 years before I finally got a diagnosis and treatment. I really hope you get lucky and your waiting time is reduced. Good luck
