Stay strong you are not your condition

Ruben @ruben

Agreed with Paul, you are not P! Check out some questions and answers here on the site. I don't have it that bad (anymore) but some of our fellow Flaymers had it bad and are now so much better. Most of us are doing well changing diet (not eating some things or adding supplements...)
Hang in there, feel free to ask questions or just come here for support or to vent :)

Sorry to hear that Emma, stay strong and connected here for support and some great tips. Have a browse for natural approaches in the themes section for some things that you may be able to do at home to find relief. There are many other topics as well that will be helpful :) Dietary changes and supplements have been really great for me too. Have you ever experimented with them? Welcome to Flaym! Hope you feel better soon!

Welcome to Flaym, Emma! Let those tears fall, lady! Get them out of your mind and body. Then start again. We just keep on keepin' on. We are ace at that, us psoriasis warriors! And you are in the right place for moral support. We're fighting this together ๐Ÿ‘Š
