Glad its helping Lindakay! it was mentioned not long ago to put epsom salts or dead sea salts in a spray bottle with water to spritz on the skin & found great relief. I havent tried it, but would like to one if these days :) Enjoy your grandsons recital! Good for him!! You must be so proud 😊

Epsom and Dead Sea salts are fab. They really help my skin. You’re grandson is obviously a very bright young person 😀

Sarah I was afraid of that too I am using this stuff called Dr Teals Pure Epsom Salts not using it as directed but really its helping

Sarah @sarahuk

Thanks Lindakay1948, I should try it one day! I just get afraid I'll have bought some dodgy salts or not the right thing and do my skin in!

I hope he did well Lindakay. I love the Autism spectrum. My daughter is on it with Tourettes Syndrome too as well ADHD, OCD, obsessions, low bipolar as of recently, on the Autism Spectrum. Amazing 28 year old woman but is very high functioning. She also plays the piano and I'm sooo grateful I kept encouraging her with it. She now writes her own tunes. Very cool. I use Epsom salts once in a while but I have to add oil to the bath water. I get dried skin with the salt but I don't have psoriasis anymore, just the scarring but it's getting less to with the use of Frankincense.
