Hi Atul, I have read that Vitamin D deficiencies have been linked to psoriasis. While a deficiency doesn't seem to cause psoriasis outright, it may impair the body's ability to keep the skin healthy, which may increase flares. Do you take a supplement for it? I don't, but there is plenty in the Moringa I take daily :)

Atul it is an important vitamin. I get most of mine from the sun but also from my Moringa too.
