Hello sheila, i did have it really bad like that years ago with them coming away, very painful
, its inflammation, diet/lifestyle changes has helped my nails turn normal, that is a choice though a choice for everyone, i wish you well

This is a common problem with nail psoriasis

Hi Sheila, I have experienced this before as well. My nails are doing well now. I often wondered to myself if the nail bed would lift due to the the excessive skin picking I would do and skin getting under my nails? Since I have been taking omega 3, I have found my nails, hair and skin are a lot stronger and healthier.

I've been having the same problem Sheila. I've had three nails go like it and it's quite sore when the jail comes completely form mine are only just starting to come back. This is the first time I've had it

I've been taking omega 3 for over a year now the nails are not sore with it it's just something else to stress about

Absolutely Sheila. Had that for years and thought my nails would actually fall off the nail bed. Painful too as I recall. I am such an advocate for healing from the inside, which is how I got rid of my medications as well as all my lotions and ointments. The elimination diet that I send out is how I began this journey.
