...feeling okay Diane @froghop26

Flare coming in 3, 2 1.... Been a stressful few days due to having new carpet laid in my whole house. Had to move everything out of all of the rooms. Carpet laid today, now I have to put everything back! Sore throat brewing as well.

So stressful! We had every flooring surface of our house replaced about three years ago. It took four days. It's like moving, only all you do is shift everything around! I hope things settle down and you feel better soon.

Tony, I am sorry to hear of your loss. Grief is certainly a cause of a flare for me. I hope the support of your friends here will help ease your pain a little.

I hope things can settle down for you soon Diane and you will be able to relax. That is a lot of work in a short period of time. I hope you have had some good help!

Diane I hope you feel better. Gotta love stress. NOT! I always load up on double my Moringa if I feel anything coming on. I don't take any supplements or vitamins anymore but used to take huge doses of vitamin C when I felt like I might be getting sick.
