Thanks Sarah am hoping it helps as covered from scalp to toes..... Some on arms is flat and pink now but from waist down its angry....... Woke today to find inner thighs covered..... Is nowhere safe!!!!!!

I had light therapy but it dint work out well I went from knees and Elbows psoriasis to more or less full body psoriasis. But I have been having aloe Vera and black seed oil on a regular which is helping to heal and going to start cbd soon see how that goes =))

Hello! I go to phototherapy three times a week. Iโ€™m 2 months now and somehow it helped. They are all dark colored pigments and flat. They are not as itchy as they were before. Still dealing with my scalp though. Ugh!
