Been away for a few days and been eating food that I don't usually eat and my legs are all flakey again. Only came back home today so will soon be back to normal soon (hopefully) 😊

Hi Mavis, oh a small change can make a big difference... hope your flakes will subside soon enough! What kinds of foods did you eat that made this difference?

As Sarah mentions, those small changes can make a big difference. I went off track a fews ago as I got my skin clear, and thought..ahh I should be good to eat some foods that I had eliminated. Boyy was I wrong. Big Flare up happened within days. Still trying to get on top of it. No more veering off track for me. All the work I invested went away so quickly. I am back on track and going to do my best to stay here. I hope your skin calms down for you soon Mavis!

It's so annoying how quickly it comes back with poor eating but takes double the time to heal with good eating. Well it does for me and my husband

Thankyou Sarah and Michelle I ate a lot of biscuits, pizza which I don't normally eat because of the tomato base and chips which I don't normally eat. Good job it was only a few days
