Fantastic Peter! That is great news! 😊 Do you take a capsule for your turmeric supplement? I have heard about a probiotic spray that you apply topically on your skin, has me intrigued! Well done to you!

Your welcome, i know these things can be expensive especially from high street stores, one could spend a large amount of money on these things, ebay cuts out the middle man and they can get you great deals, i saved so much money, psoriasis can be expensive to treat for a lot of people as you know i am sure , :)

Wow!! Thanks for the tips. My body flares have improved drastically since I started the keto diet and turmeric supplements, but I'm still struggling with scalp issues. I take a probiotic daily, but I've never tried the prebiotic.....maybe that's next....

Peter
Peter @peter5300

Connie the one i take has the prebiotic and probiotic in one capsule, the pre is basically nutrition for the probiotic so it helps it work better

Great! Thanks for that info. I already take so many supplements, it would definitely be better if I can get a 'combo' and not have to take another pill. :)

I've just ordered a starter kit for water kefir, but in case some of you didn't realize ... you can also help boost your digestion, inflammation, etc. by eating prebiotics. (I prefer eating/drinking my nutrients in whole foods over buying supplements, wherever possible). One site that offers a list of foods is healthline dot com. Just go to the search bar at the top right and type in prebiotics. You can research probiotics and other topics there, as well. :)

Thank you for the suggestion...how much do you use of the turmeric? I take a probiotic and just started a preb Jill tic, but not sure of turmeric dose?
