Yeah nail P doesn't get the love it deserves! I had some good results from dipping them in apple cider vinegar, but they are notoriously difficult to treat..

Hi! I have psoriasis for almost 10 years but on and off. My nails before are also affected toe nails and finger nails. I did a fruit diet, no meat except fish and vegetables. I used brown rice instead of the white one. Thanks God it all goes back to normal after a year.

Avoid the following foods to minimize your psoriasis. Avoid acidic (sour) foods, citrus fruits (lemon, orange), apple, mango, grapes, tomato, pineapple, pickles, curd and buttermilk. Avoid all fermented food and all bakery food items. ... No fruit jams, preserved juices or preserved foods.
