Coping, diet

I'm inspired by all the "experimenting" with food & drink I've been seeing and am doing my own tonight with a bottle of red. Will let you know how it goes :)

red wine? i drink 3 to 4% alcahol lager when i drink, this is bad adverting so sorry :) i should stick to that though,i get bloated and go to vodka ouch, makes my joints worse, its a higher precentage of alcahol :( alcahol is bad but good at the time of drinking it :)

Update! Went with the red wine (only a glass) and haven't noticed any major changes. Woohoo, small victories!
