Itch

Hi Guys, I am having issues around my waist, I think it’s caused by the waist band of my underwear or trousers. Has anyone had/got the same problem if so how do you deal with it? Cheers 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Hi Andy, I have had this problem in the past. It can be painful and irritating. I've always found coconut oil to be very soothing as well as loose cotton type bottoms. applied lemon may be helpful for you to to reduce inflammation and irritaition. I hope it passes quickly for you!

Hey Andy. I have had this in the past year, where my back felt "grazed" like the top layer had been taken off where my waistband was, like the "muffin tops" area. It was especially aggravated by wearing a belt, and one belt that I own in particular. So I threw it away! And I found that wearing a vest underneath my clothes that I could tuck into my waistband stopped some of the rubbing. Hope this helps!

Hi Sarah, I read your message as I was on my way home from town, I have bought some underwear with, hopefully, a softer waist band. I agree with the belt issue I am the same with mine. Also I do sometimes wear a vest and yes it does help. X 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Andy that is a tough area for sure. Heck we all need a waistband. Loose I guess is the key. I agree that maybe lemon might work. Or aloe vera gel??
