...feeling happy Sarah @sarahuk
OMGosh my fingernail on my left hand that was pitted and ridged is growing out clear! And my thumbnail that was split appears to have knitted together at the base! Wahoooo! Could be a sign of longer term reduction in inflammation? Let's see ๐๐๐

FANTASTIC! Some clear in 6 weeks, others years. For me I'm guessing the latter, its slow. Like we were saying before there are so many possibilities out there for healing, its really hitting the right combination for each of us. There's hope for us all XXX

Wonderful Sarah. I'm so happy for you! I have a problem with my left thumb nail. For years now it splits in half, grow out fine then split again. It's only the one nail. Could this be nail P? Should I be worried?

Nice! It is always exciting when you can see a distinct improvement in a problem area. I am almost clear enough to pull out the bating suit and get back to water exercises and length swiming! Ohhappyday!

I have never tried medication for psoriasis, just use my shampoo and have a free day following it until the evening, when I start itching again.
Nicola @Nicky
wow that is brilliant, my nails keep breaking downwards where the ridges are.
Sarah @sarahuk
Arghh Nicola, yes that's what mine had been doing until suddenly voila! That's not to say it will stay away though... But I am hopeful ๐
