Don @don1

are you on any immune suppressing drugs...
I'm thinking your bum...doesn't see too much true sunshine....so...I wouldn't be too concerned
on immune suppressants....my face and body seem to be at odds

Lisa have you tried out the lemon yet? It's been really helpful for me. Sorry to hear you are sore from your treatment. After the 2 weeks how long do you need to wait to continue it?

Sarah
Sarah @sarahuk

Oooh ouch Lisa, sounds like bad places to be sore. I often hear of people getting burning sensation after light therapy. It doesn't sound comfortable! Hope it eases off soon for you...

lisa
lisa @misslisalou

I prefer juice than natural lemon , just be careful

lisa
lisa @misslisalou

look I will have to try it then. do you leave it on for a certain amount of time before washing off? don't fancy being sticky n feeling the residue

i dab on if its start itching, i put my childs farm moisturiser on the top of it,i leave it in until the next evening i wash, i do morning and night before bed, sqeeze, dab and job done , this child farm comes with the duck and the teddy bear on the front,i felt like i am dad getting this for my baby when i went into boots, i asked for it and she said ,go up to the baby section, £ 8 for 500 ml, not bad ,i should advise it for my friends baby instead of him covering the little young man in steroids, :)

i had the maximum amount of sessions of light therapy , was upto over 11 minutes per 1 near the end but did feel very tender in places.

Hope your skin get better ... is light treatment meant to burn you ?? I've only had it on my hands and don't remember it burning .. the skin there is very sensitive anyway .. hope things work out Lisa 💛

lisa
lisa @misslisalou

I burn easily so they have to be careful how long I'm in for last day of treatment tomorrow.I'm dreading my skin getting bad again

When I had light treatment a few years ago my P vanished. It did come back overtime and probably my fault as I did not moisturise as much as I should. Do recommend!!!! they have to burn you slightly to make it work I think!!! They do say be carful not to do it as often!! 😀

lisa
lisa @misslisalou

my treatment finished last week.n my skin already getting p back on it. I'm trying to get as much sun as i can but non existent lately here.I burnt easily coz I'm so pale

lisa
lisa @misslisalou

Haha i know, slow elimination is key to success jamie,i eliminated these foods over a 2 month period,i do let my hair down from time to time but dont over do it, or try not to,:)sugar was the hardest to stop, i got over it in 4 weeks and went cold turkey not advised , i was a sugar junky before,2 to 3 liters/litres of bottled or filtered plain water a day is great too, some changes in Diet/lifestyle is better than none but, it is a choice a choice for everyone,i wish you well jamie :)
