I do think i am more affected by environment when it comes to psoriasis, i did diet changes as some will know for my arthritis over a year ago but, i do enjoy eating healthy :)

☀️☀️☀️ Got to help John! Good for wellbeing being out in the great outdoors. And those sun rays got to be good for the skin in moderation! Sounds very nice.

James @ferns

I was out for hours today. I made a packed lunch and went out on my mountain bike. I live in a small country town surrounded by rolling farm lands, great for cycling. I have a couple of different spots I go on days like this, have lunch, read and sometimes even a short snooze. Brings my stress levels right down.

Sounds perfect james :) i do find it odd doing this on my own, many years i just stay indoors get some rays when out at work anyway, yes small amounts of sun now and again is good for me,i wore my shorts too, legs look okay, just some spots on back of legs though small and light faded patches on knees, i will wear shorts more often at home, good to get some air to those flakes, :)
