Hello there...i m new here.... and quite fedup with my psoriasis which is residing over my forehead for a couple of months.... any suggestion that wud really work :(

I m 30 year old, mom of two smart kids and at times i feel like a 60 year old due to psoriatic arthritis....else i m lively ...on my toes..working woman

Have patience you now have a partially self inflicted medical problem through tension, with no known permanent solution. you can only manage it, and accept it as such. I have had mine for 15 years and thanks to [...], cold tar cream , with cold tar, I am clear of all skin problems ie. can wear shorts, short sleeve shirts etc, as my PSORIASIS is totally under control. A very inexpensive cream but works like a dream.
One must apply, with wet hands at least at least twice per day.

Can u tell me about OTC medicine? Is this cold tar cream available eadily? Csn u tell me its manufacturer name.

Hello riffat, welcome to flaym, plenty of ideas here to try and help yourself , i made my symptoms better by changing my Diet/lifestyle though that is a choice though, look through the themes and topics, any questions everyone is willing to help you thanks

Welcome to Flaym, Riffat! Robert Swiegelaar, I'm interested in what way do you feel that psoriasis is partially self inflicted? For my forehead and face I've got rid of mine in that area with regular use of Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion and oil soaks on the hairline.

Thank u sarah... how r u doing? Well i believe whatever i eat it effects my psoriasis.. specially fried items and cheese... as for forehead i only use physiogel but nothing is working for now :’(

I Riffat, what I eat also effects me greatly. Tgel extra strength works really great for my scalp. lemon is also really good! Welcome to Flaym!
