Just think what these bad foods are doing to us and its worse with an auto immune condition like psoriasis , a bit of bad food now and again is okay for you, too much is really bad for you,, i let my hair down from time to time and i am okay, i see no difference with myself as i am a healthy eater daily, pizzas, crisps, junk foods, fast foods etc is not good for anyone, i look at people a lot now and look at what they eat, to me they look ill,its worth eating healthy just for well being i think though, it is a choice a choice for everyone :)

Yeah john... I get what you are saying. Processed food/meats are really good, in my opinion. Taste wise. However, the long term isn't good. This house I clean is a doctor's home. Holy cow!!! You would not believe the drawer in the fridge of processed meat and cheeses. Always some leftover pasta and white or red sauce in the fridge. Pop/soda cans everywhere that I pick up. Diabetes for some of them and yes... Psoriasis creams and ointments too. I cannot mention anything to the doctor. She's a doctor and knows everything. Obese kids too... Oh well... Each has their own journey. Just happy to be here on my health path. BTW.. We are in full swing with asparagus so eating it everyday! Yum!

Ah dear! Yes those things are linked with some scary statistics. Like the old saying "everything in moderation". I think even when our skin isn't reacting to something, it doesn't mean it is good for us! So there might be other reasons to avoid... Now asparagus, yum! Lovely, Susan!

John, dont wait till your pension to do things. You have to live now. And dont think to much about cancer.
When I go to the store its very hard to find just a few things that are not bad. The supermarket is full of “bad” food. I dont know what to choose..

Hello Millionways, no i am not thinking about that, its just facts with poor diet that one has a chance of bowel cancer which is on the rise these days ,i do live for now and i sure do let my hair down and eat junk but not often :) i know its very limited on what to eat thats healthy,i eat similar every week day and night, boring yes, i am used to it though,i think its great to let ones hair down from time to time, one needs to enjoy life , i do get that totally, well i want to make it to my pension for a few years ,be a shame to give the government all my money, if i knew 100% i am not going to make it then, i would stop paying into it for sure and use the money i put into my pension every month for a nice car or holidays etc :)

I am glad you think about it that way.
I know about eating the same. we are lucky to have a farmer nearby that has good meat. They don't use antibiotics. If I want to I can even see the cow alive, before eating it. And it is much cheaper than a good butcher.
All those little things to try to have a better life.
