Ate a high histamine breakfast (coconut flour pancakes, strawberries, banana), and a high histamine lunch (salad with sauerkraut and a small cheese reintro). Yep I can confirm, I am itching! Scalp, forearms, elbows... and the muscles in my back burn!

Sorry to hear this Sarah,i dont seem to get affected like that,only time i itched was after my gluten wheat filled weekend for my allergy test,maybe gluten and wheat is my main problem though i dont eat it anyway , i hope things will get better now

Oh wow Sarah, I hope it settles down for you soon! Did you notice the itch and burn through out the day, or would you say it came on quicker? Hopefully it wasn't the cheese.. cheese is so yummy.. I miss it the most lol
