Do you think that by living in a warmer country my self esteem would be more affected than living in a colder country?

Lol @ Clint. California is out. I think that the warmer weather has got a more negative influence in someones self esteem as nobody wears winter clothes. Not even in winter (most of the time). Our winters might be cold to us but not cold enough to the Europeans. You will think it's summer. We still have our days where we can wear shorts etc. Swim is out obviously.

Like me John. I have a clear skin apart from my ankles, so this is a problem for me as when I sit, my ankles shows. I can't wear denims the whole time. SA sun is wonderful for P. My P disappear when I go to Pilanesberg in the NW Province. It likes the dry weather. You will love the weather. Should I go to the UK, I think I might freeze to death. lol

Not really Michelle, I live in Ireland where it rarely has sunshine but we still get psoriasis. I've had it 20 years and now finally with phototherapy it's clearing.

Clint- Yes saltwater is good for the P. I can't swim in the sea. Looks like I'm drowning when I swim. Terrible. I'm a floater ;)
John. You are sure going to make up for it. lol.

I moved from a cold state in the U.S. to Arizona. I couldn’t be happier. I can be active outdoors everyday and the sunshine does wonders for my skin. I would recommend it.

I can see how rhe warmer temps would be hard on self esteem Michelle. Not being able to cover up comfortably. Winter used to be so hard for me when I wasn't committed to tackling P. Canadian winters can be quite harsh. I am from Haliburton Ontario Don 😀 I just saw that you are in Ottawa. Such a beautiful city! I have many relatives there that I have never met, My grandmother was from a family of 13, lol
