Just developed an extremely itchy guttae spot on my right cheek. Been stealthily backing into doorposts and subtly gyrating all day.

Oh James. Im sorry. What do you use for the new spots?

I took off my boots tonight and saw I have 2 new spots on my foot. I've been slapping some coal tar on after I had a bath. This will be my routine till 22h00 my time. The tar helps for my new spots.

The doc gave me two creams ending in [..]but I have little confidence in them. I'll give them till the end of the week and then try lemoning them.

I hope it works for you James but to be safe use lemon as well. Lol. The lemon wont be a negative on your spots as its a natural organic fruit. I wish you luck and keep us updated please. :)

I do hope your cheek gets better James. Dont stress about it and have patience. I've seen what a strong person you are and I know you will conquour that spot :)

I'm guessing that's a bum cheek, not a face cheek ☺️ I had a bum cheek guttate spot too. It was the most stubborn and long lived of all my guttate spots! I can't see it but it feels like it isn't there anymore. My guttate spots were less itchy than the plaques but they were so red and bumpy, it was quite distressing to have them all over everywhere!
