Sat at Drs waiting to see mental health nurse, I honestly think that if I didn't have pso and psa I wouldn't be so depressed.

Dear Chris. You need to take it slow. We need to take a day at a time to be able to cope with P. You have to accept your condition and recognize that Psoriasis is a part of you. It's not easy at all but acceptance plays a vital role in our P. You have to take care of yourself and I am happy that you are seeing someone to talk about your depression. Try to be more hopeful and positive and be optimistic. Having P and Psa can make or break us and it is up to us to make a difference. We are here for you and we know what you are going through. I wish you well my friend and don't hesitate to ask us for any advice you might seek.

It is a very long time Chris but you can beat this ok? To your other problems, I hope everything comes right for you. Life isn't fair sometimes and it's hard, but it is up to us to decide if we are going to allow this to break us or not? It's easy to talk when you're not in somebody else's shoes but keep faith and give it your best. Whatever it is, you can overcome the difficulties and problems in your life. You are stronger than what you think you are. Amaze yourself. Good luck Chris and I wish you well :)

Good for you Chris, for realizing that you need some extra help and are getting it 😊 That is a great step in the right direction and is usually the hardest step to take. Try and take life moment by moment and hold closely all that you are grateful for 💙 you've got this & we are here for you!

Hi Chris! Sounds like you are seeking the right type of support, what a good idea to do that. I think p and psa do add to everyone's negative stuff to deal with... it certainly doesn't help. Really hope your appointment went well?

Chris I hope that you weren't feeling alone anymore opr so depressed there's a lot of us out there with the same issues and frustrations, I am 68 and I have been battling it since my 30's no one really knew what it was way back then and didn't do anything about it back then it look different when I first got it, it look like a sunburn or a heat rash well now it has hit all my joints and I can barely walk and the sores come up in various spots my back and , knees and ankles and private parts are really bad. I am luck I can hide most it. But my feet hurt soooooo much to stand up now and it getting to my depression butone day at a time right :)
