That's wonderful news John. Very good news indeed. The slight joint ache won't stay long!

Thank you Michelle, only flakes i have from weekend is slight sunburn on my nose and earlobe, so more flakes added haha :)i did go to town aswell last weekend as you know, drinking constantly for 3 days, eating rubbish though i did eat good foods aswell :)
Michelle @michelle1021
At least you enjoyed it and only that, you came back with no aches and pains apart from a bit of joint pain. I would say that is excellent. If I had to eat all the bad food for 3 days, plus drinking all kinds of alcohol and sodas and get a slight sun burn on top of that, I would be sick in bed. You were very brave John and I'm glad you came back with no side effects. Only a few flakes extra. lol
Ellen @ellen4
Yay John ...glad you had an AWESOME weekend with little after effects......considering how hard you partied.....

We are all different and thats it, i can binge like mad on alcohol and bad foods for a weekend ,someone else could get very ill by doing it, i do drink water and plenty of it so that may have helped also salad for breakfast with my nuts and a little fruit ,this is why i think its more environmental with me Michelle ? :)
john,Hulk @chewbacca
Thank you Ellen, yes it was great to let my hair down to the point ,that i was dragging it on the ground, thank you :)
Michelle @michelle1021
I think the salad and nuts/fruit might have made a huge impact on your gut John. Especially having it in the morning. That's actually a very good finding. I know I said I will never eat salad in the morning, but maybe I should try. As you know, I can't really eat fruit apart from bananas and avo so I will stick with the salad.

Well i did get offered junk in cans like beans with sausages, mince meat of which i said no,i did have a few chocolates, some crisps or chips some say, burgers, bread rolls, some bad nuts that were coated in stuff,i ate more bad foods than good i know that, you could be right there with first a healthy start before the inflammatory foods :)
Michelle @michelle1021
I love all of that food John (apart from chocolates & nuts) but bread...oh my. Come to think of it, I would say the nuts would be the worst of them all. (to me). So far, your skin is still good and I hope it stays that way. I love bread. After the lamb stew, Im afraid to eat eat something other than my salad and veggies. Time for detoxing.
