Can you get that on perspiration

Hi June, I don't use many creams. Oils seem to help me best. Coconut oil used to be my favourite but it is now almond oil. It is less greasy and absorbs really well. Check out moisturizing in the themes section, lots of posts from others there :) Welcome to Flaym!

Hi June. The only moisturizer I use is aqueous cream mixed with coal tar. It moisturize and dry out my P at the same time. Been using it for many years and I can not complain. What works for me might not work for you. Here we experiment and see what is the best to do. Good luck June and take care :)

June, I have never heard of it before but I just googled it and it sounds really good. I see there is a nettle tea as well? If you decide to try it, please let us know what the results are. :)

Welcome June! Glad you found us. I use Aveeno creams for moisturising, by far the best I have ever found to suit my skin. It contains colloidal oatmeal, maybe this is what helps for me? I do get on well with oatmeal soaks when flares are bad, so maybe. I've had good results getting very nasty plaques under control in the past using steroid gel in short doses. But I haven't used these in a long time...
